  • “United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.
  • “Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE”.
  • ‘’Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED, USD and EUR will be accepted for payment’’.
  • ‘’The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency”.
  • ‘’We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries’’.
  • ‘’Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website’’.
  • ‘’Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://mega.aero policies and rules’’.

  • PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

  • Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

 

  • REFUND POLICY

  • ‘’Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment”.
  • Cardholders are entitled for refunds only on held amounts until a clear payment received and credited into our bank account by wire transfer, other than that No refunds will be entitled to the cardholder, cancellation fees per the signed agreement between the cardholder Middle East General Aviation DWC-LLC .

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation Fees.

 

  • If after issuance of the Charter Flight Confirmation, a flight is cancelled by the Customer or the passengers, or Customer requests a time change which M.E.G.A ( Middle East General Aviation DWC-LLC ) cannot accommodate, in which case the flight shall be deemed cancelled by the Customer, or M.E.G.A ( Middle East General Aviation DWC-LLC ) is prevented from performing the flight due to any act or omission of the Costumer or any passenger, then, unless otherwise stated in the Charter Flight Quotation, the following cancellation fee (expressed below as a percentage of the total price of the Contract) w be paid by Customer, or retained by M.E.G.A ( Middle East General Aviation DWC-LLC ) from the amount already paid by Customer, as the case may be:

 

  • More than 10 days prior to departure: 30%
  • Between 6 and 9 days prior to departure: 50 %
  • Between 3 and 5 days prior to departure: 75 %
  • Less than 48 hours prior to departure: 100 %

 

  • If a positioning flight to the point of departure is necessary, then the above cancellation fee periods will be considered from the time of cancellation to the date of departure of such positioning flight.
